Why this is back here
The rest of the site is careful, and it should be: somebody arrives at it at three in the morning wanting to be told the truth about their own life. This part is quieter and stranger, and it is not the first thing anybody should meet.
The runes are not a fortune telling device here any more than the chart is. Each one names a thing — hail, a gift, ice, a road — and casting them hands you three or four of those at random to think with. Nothing here knows what is going to happen.
