What is worth writing about
A chart that looks wrong is the most useful message we get. If a position, a house or a time zone offset does not match what you know, send the date, time and place you entered and what you expected instead, and we will check the calculation. That message is the only place we would ever see those details, and it is used for nothing else.
The same goes for a mistake in the text, a broken link, a town the place search cannot find, or something we have got wrong about a tradition. Questions about privacy, about what the site stores and about how it is paid for belong here too.
What we cannot do
We do not read charts by email, and we do not answer questions about what is going to happen, for the reasons the disclaimer gives. Solstaria has no accounts, so there is no password to reset and no profile to delete: what you entered is kept in your own browser, as the privacy page explains.
